• The Regular License grants you, as the purchaser, a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the selected digital product (Blogger or WordPress Theme) provided by Templateina.

• You are licensed to use the Item to create one Final Product for yourself, and the Final Product may be distributed for Free.

• The Final Product must involve customization or skill-based implementation of the Template.

  • For template-based Items, the Final Product is a customized implementation of the Theme.

    Example: the item is a portfolio template, and the final product is a customized company profile website.

  • For other types of digital goods, the Final Product is a work that combines the theme with other elements in a broader, transformed output.

Things you can do with this License

• You may create a Final Product for a client. After delivery, the license is transferred from you to your client.

• You may distribute unlimited copies of a single Final Product, as long as it is offered for free and not sold.

• You may modify or customize the Template, create derivative works, and combine it with other assets, provided the Final Product complies with this license.

  Example: You may customize the layout, add your own components, or integrate external widgets to create a unique website design.

Things you cannot do with this License

• You cannot Sell the Final Product, except to one client. If you or your client need to Sell or commercialize the Final Product, an Extended License is required.

• You cannot redistribute Templateina themes as stock or source files, alone or bundled, even if modified.

  Example: You cannot distribute multiple Templateina themes as a downloadable theme pack.

• You cannot extract components from a theme and use them independently.

  Example: If a theme includes images or widgets, you may remove them from the final website, but you cannot extract and reuse them separately.

• You may not allow end users to extract theme files from your Final Product and reuse or resell them.

• You may not use any Templateina theme as part of a logo, trademark, or service mark.

License Requirements

• Some items may include components under open-source licenses such as GPL. In such cases:

  • Parts of the Item may be covered by a separate open-source license, and those components must be used according to the terms of that license.

  • If Templateina releases a theme fully under GPL, then the GPL applies to the entire item instead of this license.

• This license is a legal agreement between Templateina and you (the purchaser). Templateina reserves the right to interpret and enforce the terms of this license.
